Prices are final (we are not VAT payers) and do not include delivery costs, which will be displayed in the cart based on the chosen del<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"smlouva\">3) Formation of contract (order)<\/h2>\n  <ol>\n    <li>The customer selects the goods, fills in the required details, and submits the order.<\/li>\n    <li>The contract is concluded at the moment when the seller\ufeff <strong>confirms receipt of the order by e-mail<\/strong>.<\/li>\n    <li>We may decline the order in justified cases (obvious pricing error, product unavailability, etc.). We will always inform you of the procedure.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n\n  <h2 id=\"platba\">4) Payment terms<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Online payments via gateway (e.g. PayPal \/ WooPayments) \u2014 secure and encrypted.<\/li>\n    <li>Bank transfer \u2014 you will receive the payment details after completing your order.<\/li>\n    <li>We usually ship goods after payment is received (immediately for online payments, or according to bank processing times for bank transfers).<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2 id=\"doprava\">5) Shipping and delivery<\/h2>\n  <p>Available delivery options and current prices are displayed in the shopping cart. Delivery date is for reference only and depends on the carrier. Risk of damage to goods passes to the customer upon receipt.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"odstoupeni\">6) Withdrawal from the contract within 14 days (consumer)<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>The consumer may withdraw without giving any reason within\ufeff <strong>14 days<\/strong> from receiving the goods.<\/li>\n    <li>It is sufficient to send a notice of withdrawal by e-mail and return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal.<\/li>\n    <li>We refund the price including delivery costs up to the amount of\ufeff <em>the lowest-cost<\/em> our offered delivery method. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.<\/li>\n    <li>We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of their dispatch.<\/li>\n    <li>Exceptions: goods customized to order; hygienically sealed goods after opening; services\/digital content started with your express consent before the end of the withdrawal period.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>You can find practical steps and the form on the page\ufeff <a href=\"\/en\/reklamace-a-vraceni-zbozi\/#form-odstoupeni\">Returns and Product Complaints<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n  <h2 id=\"reklamace\">7) Rights arising from defective performance (claims)<\/h2>\n  <p>The rights arising from defective performance are governed by the Civil Code. Withdrawal within 14 days is possible if the service has not yet started. If you give explicit consent to start the service earlier, in case of withdrawal you pay a proportional part of the price for the services already provided.
