WEDOS Internet, a.s. (hosting), WooCommerce (e-shop – data stored on our servers),
PayPal / WooPayments (payments – independent controllers),
WP Overnight – PDF Invoices & Packing Slips (invoices),
MailPoet (newsletter – only if you explicitly subscribe), optionally Google / Pinterest / TikTok (marketing integrations – only if they are active).

5) Transfers outside the EU

We normally do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA. If we use a service based outside the EU, we apply appropriate legal safeguards (such as the GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses).

  • Accounting and tax documents: 10 years from the end of the accounting period.

  • Orders and claims: 3 years after processing.
