Throughout my journey in golf, I kept hearing why hitting a straight shot wasn't possible. But I was always interested in something else: how to create one deliberately - and repeat it.
I found a way. Now I'll show it to you.
The goal is for you to be able to send the ball where you want it to go and develop as much deliberate, natural control as possible over the clubhead and the direction of your shots.
Individual training aids, selected combinations, the complete system and rental options will be presented separately. Full details and pricing will follow.

We last met at Albatross on July 17, when I gave you the wheel-and-mat training aid and briefly introduced my Straight Shot concept. Since then, the whole concept has advanced and evolved.
On the very day you left Prague, I developed another training aid. It makes everything even simpler, faster, and easier to visualize. It is incredibly fast — almost dangerously fast, I would say.
In the hands of a highly skilled player like you, I believe it could be a matter of weeks for you to integrate it into your game. Of course, I may be wrong. It would not be the first — or the last — time.
Nevertheless, my question is this: I plan to make this public at the beginning of September. I am prepared to postpone that, provided we begin working together.
All I am asking is that you try it. If you are willing to test it and form your own opinion — either way — I am prepared to postpone sharing it with the wider public and, for a period, focus exclusively on working with you.
The idea would then be this: if it proves to work for you and you integrate it into your game, I would like us to introduce it to the wider public together. With you, it could have a completely different impact on the golf world than if I launched it alone.
So my only question is: would you like to try it?

Straight Shot is scheduled to be introduced publicly on September 9, 2026. If Nelly accepts the invitation to test it, I am prepared to postpone that date and focus on working with her privately for a period.

Control begins with intent
The goal is not simply to hit straight. The goal is to play toward your intended target and develop the greatest possible degree of conscious and gradually natural control over your shots.
Conscious control means seeing where you want to play, understanding what the clubhead must do, and becoming better at recognizing why the ball flew in a particular direction.
Natural control develops as understanding and awareness are gradually written into body motion. Intent, understanding, feel, the body and the clubhead become one system, reducing the gap between what you intend to do and what you actually do.
A straight shot is the first practical model for learning this skill. The mission of OMG.GOLF is to create the training aids, method and guidance that make this path available to as many players as possible.

2. The method
It explains how to think about the shot and the clubhead, what to observe and feel, and how to transfer that perception to the golf club and the game.
3. Consultations and expertise
Otakar Mareš reviews submitted videos, identifies the main problem and recommends the next step within each paid consultation month.
4. The player
Progress requires commitment, consistency, completing the tasks, accepting feedback and about 15 minutes of work a day at home, at work or at the golf course.

I discovered what a player needs to see, understand, and feel to exercise as much deliberate influence as possible over the clubhead and the direction of their shots.
That discovery is the foundation of Straight Shot - an integrated system of training aids, methodology, regular practice tasks, and personalized expert feedback.
Straight Shot is neither a shortcut nor a promise of results. It is a system that gives the player clear direction, tools, and guidance. Results also depend on the player's consistency, commitment, and effort.

STRAIGHT SHOT
FIRST 100 / INAUGURAL LIMITED EDITION
I'm initially opening Straight Shot to a small group of players I can support personally and work with to bring the system into real-world training. The first 100 sets will therefore be produced as a numbered Founding Edition. The serial number is not what defines the program. It adds value and confirms that you were there at the beginning.
The edition will open in three waves: 001-010, 011-030, and 031-100. This is not a race to apply first. What matters is your readiness to work consistently and make full use of the system.

WHO WILL GUIDE YOU
My name is Otakar Mareš, and I'm a PGA Teaching Professional. I personally designed Straight Shot as one complete system - from the training aids and methodology to the feedback process. I also make every set myself.
I'm looking for players who are ready to work consistently and devote at least 15 minutes to practice every day. This is not about simply trying the system. It is about working together toward a clear goal.

How a consultation month works
Personal video feedback will be available with selected options. Its exact place and terms will be specified in the final offer.
This is not a live online consultation or an in-person golf lesson. It is an asynchronous expert review of a submitted video.
- up to one combined check-in video per week and no more than four videos per paid month,
- each video may cover both the short and long game from multiple angles,
- expert commentary, identification of the main issue and one primary recommendation for the next stage of work,
- a response within two business days of receiving the video.
Additional months: Additional months of consultation may be purchased once you join the program, as needed and subject to current availability. No automatic renewal.
Every additional month is subject to confirmation based on current consultation capacity.
I make every set myself. From receipt of payment, I may need up to 30 calendar days to complete production and hand the set over to the carrier.
I am not looking for players who say, “I’ll give it a try and see what happens.” I would rather wait for 100 people who are ready to take responsibility for their training.
A FAIR BOUNDARY
No guarantee of results
OMG Straight Shot does not promise that every shot will be perfectly straight. It creates conditions in which a player can better understand the shot, guide it more consciously and gradually turn greater control into a natural skill.
JUNIOR PLAYERS
The program is also open to players under 18
For a player under 18, the legal guardian submits the application, verifies the email address, handles any future order and receives all communication. Marketing is never sent directly to the junior, and the guardian’s optional marketing consent remains separate.

What matters before the public launch
Can I buy Straight Shot now?
No. The public launch is planned for September 9, 2026. Exact options, availability and pricing will be published separately when the offer is complete.
Which access options are being prepared?
Individual training aids, selected combinations, the complete Straight Shot system and separate rental options.
What happens if Nelly accepts the invitation?
I will postpone the planned public launch and focus on working with her privately for a period. The video is an open proposal only and does not claim an existing collaboration.
Is a straight shot guaranteed?
No. Straight Shot is a training system, not a guarantee of a specific result. Progress also depends on consistency, commitment, physical ability and the quality of the player’s work.
How will personal feedback work?
Selected options will include asynchronous expert review of a submitted video, identification of the main issue and one primary recommendation for the next stage of work.
Can players under 18 take part?
Yes, but the legal guardian must handle the form, email verification, any future order and all communication.

How application data is handled

Data is used only to handle the application, candidate selection, email-address verification and related communication. It is not added to a marketing list without a separate optional consent.
Processed data includes contact details, age without date of birth, golf experience, application answers, locale, country, application status and audit records of acknowledgements and email events. No video is processed at Stage 1.
Technical services and processors
- WEDOS Internet, a.s. — website hosting and email infrastructure.
- Automattic Inc. — Jetpack Stats for aggregate traffic; MailPoet only for people who separately opt in to marketing.
- Stage 2 uses approved private video links only; candidate video is not stored in the public WordPress Media Library.
Retention
- unverified application: 7 days;
- unsuccessful candidate: up to 6 months after notification;
- active Founding 100 pool: up to 18 months from the last confirmation of interest;
- private video link of an unsuccessful candidate: 90 days after the decision, or 30 days after withdrawal;
- deletion of data from rotating backups: within 90 days.
