Terms and conditions

1) Definitions

  • Consumer — an individual or legal entity who enters into a contract with the seller outside the scope of their business activities.
  • Entrepreneur — a person acting within the scope of their business activities (purchase made under a company ID number).
  • E‑shop — online store at www.omg.golf.

2) Information about goods and prices

Product descriptions, prices, and availability are provided for each item. Prices are final (we are not VAT payers) and do not include delivery costs, which will be displayed in the cart based on the chosen del

3) Formation of contract (order)

  1. The customer selects the goods, fills in the required details, and submits the order.
  2. The contract is concluded at the moment when the seller confirms receipt of the order by e-mail.
  3. We may decline the order in justified cases (obvious pricing error, product unavailability, etc.). We will always inform you of the procedure.

4) Payment terms

  • Online payments via gateway (e.g. PayPal / WooPayments) — secure and encrypted.
  • Bank transfer — you will receive the payment details after completing your order.
  • We usually ship goods after payment is received (immediately for online payments, or according to bank processing times for bank transfers).

5) Shipping and delivery

Available delivery options and current prices are displayed in the shopping cart. Delivery date is for reference only and depends on the carrier. Risk of damage to goods passes to the customer upon receipt.

6) Withdrawal from the contract within 14 days (consumer)

  • The consumer may withdraw without giving any reason within 14 days from receiving the goods.
  • It is sufficient to send a notice of withdrawal by e-mail and return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal.
  • We refund the price including delivery costs up to the amount of the lowest-cost our offered delivery method. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of their dispatch.
  • Exceptions: goods customized to order; hygienically sealed goods after opening; services/digital content started with your express consent before the end of the withdrawal period.

7) Rights arising from defective performance (claims)

The rights arising from defective performance are governed by the Civil Code. A defect that appears within 24 months of receipt gives the consumer rights (repair, replacement, discount, withdrawal from the contract in the case of a substantial defect).

8) Services (lessons / training)

Service dates are arranged individually. Withdrawal within 14 days is possible if the service has not yet started. If you give explicit consent to start the service earlier, in case of withdrawal you pay a proportional part of the price for the services already provided. Once the service is fully provided, withdrawal is no longer possible.

9) User account

You may create an account for purchases. You are required to protect your login credentials; we may terminate your account in case of rule violations or prolonged inactivity.

10) Personal data and cookies

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR — details and information about your rights can be found in the document Privacy PolicyWe mainly use technical cookies (cart, login); analytical/marketing cookies only with your consent.

11) Out-of-court dispute resolution

12) Final provisions

  • We may change these terms — the current version is always available on this page. For contracts already concluded, the version effective at the time of order applies.
  • For entrepreneurs (purchase using a company ID), the use of certain rights differs according to the Civil Code.
