Liability for defects & time limits

We are liable for defects of new goods for a period of 24 months from receipt.
If a defect appears within 1 year from receipt, it is assumed that the goods were already defective at the time of receipt (unless we prove otherwise).
Liability does not apply to normal wear and tear, mechanical damage, use contrary to instructions, or unauthorized interventions/modifications.

How to make a complaint (procedure)

Write to us at iam@omg.golf order number, description of the defect, and attach photo/video (if applicable).
After confirmation, send the goods to the above address without cash on delivery – securely packed, with a copy of the purchase receipt.
State your preferred way of resolution (repair / replacement / discount / withdrawal).
Upon receipt, you will receive a confirmation. The claim will be processed without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days, unless we agree otherwise.

For recognized claims, we reimburse reasonably incurred shipping costs to us (attach proof).

Ways of resolution

Depending on the nature of the defect, you have the right to free repair or replacement, or possibly for a reasonable discount. If it is a substantial defect or if a remedy cannot be provided within a reasonable time, you may withdraw from the contract (refund).

Withdrawal from the contract within 14 days (distance purchase)

As a consumer, you may within 14 days you may withdraw from the purchase without stating any reason after receiving the goods.

We will refund the price, including delivery costs, up to the amount of the lowest-cost of the shipping method offered by us. The refund may be withheld until we have received the goods or proof of their dispatch.
Exceptions: goods customized to order; goods that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened; services or digital content that have already begun to be provided with your explicit consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Services (lessons/training)

You may withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of conclusion, provided the service has not yet started. If you agreed to commence the service earlier, you will pay a proportional part of the price for any service already provided should you withdraw. Once the service has been fully provided, withdrawal is no longer possible.
